  – Cabin living in Haparanda's archipelago

Hyyppä lies in Haparanda's archipelago close to the finnish boarder about 60 minutes from Seskärö's archipelago.

It is a small island, with no other buildings, thus you have the island to yourself.

Along with the cabin ,is a sauna for your enjoyment.

During the week you will have the possibility to follow along with the fisherman that fish

around the islands as they empty and re-set their equipment.

After such an adventure, you have the option to purchase some of the fresh caught fish for dinner.

We meet at Seskarö's port which is approximately a 20 minute drive from Haparanda.

We then set off on an hour long boat ride through Skomakar bay to Hyyppä then we can go ashore.

Once we have arrived we will go through all the information pertaining to the cabin together.

The island consists of a beautiful sandy beach, that you have all to yourself, an opportunities for

a calming walk on the island and fishing from the shore.

After dinner, why not start the fire in the sauna and further relax in a wonderful sauna basking

in the glow of the midnight sun.

After six wonderful days it is time to return home. Before noon the cabin is to be

cleaned and prepared for your departure.

Included on Hyyppä, the main cabin full of rich fishing history from days long ago, a propane stove, pots,

and dishes for your stay. The cabin also has room to sleep three, and in case of colder days a wood burning stove.

Water is gathered from an adjacent well and all cold storage items are stored in an old ice cellar.

The sleeping cabin full of centuries old traditions can sleep three. Close to the beach is the wood fired sauna,

perfectly situated for a cooling dip in the sea after the sauna's heat. There is also a fire pit for grilling and barbecue. Transportation round trip from Seskärö/Hyyppä. Opportunity to follow along as the equipment around
